A/Prof Anne Wajon

Anne is an Accredited Hand Therapist who has been treating hand and upper limb conditions for more than 30 years.  She gained much of her experience from working at the Massachusetts General Hospital when she was Director of Hand Therapy Services.  Since her return to Sydney, she completed her Masters degree in Physiotherapy, and a PhD on prevention and management of arthritis at the base of the thumb.  She has recently competed an MBA through MGSM.  Anne has published in the Cochrane Library, the Journal of Hand Therapy, Journal of Manual Therapy and the Australian Journal of Physiotherapy.  

Anne is a member and past President of the Australian Hand Therapy Association, a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and is currently the Past-President of the International Federation for Societies of Hand Therapy (IFSHT).
